Federico Castellucci III

 

A graduate of Cornell University's Hospitality School, Frederic has helped his family start the Roasted Garlic as well as Sugo.  Frederic has worked mostly in a kitchen capacity, learning his culinary skills through working in restaurants and bakeries since he was 11.  When starting Sugo, he was heavily involved in the menu and kitchen design.  Recently, Frederic has spearheaded the creation of Sugo Franchising, Inc., selling a limited number of Sugo franchises in the Atlanta area.
